Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and UAB "TagRise Technologies" ("we", "us") regarding access to the TagRise portal, APIs, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

TagRise provides tools for IPRN operators and partners to manage number inventory, upstream OTP ingress, carrier access information, traffic visibility, billing, and related administrative workflows. Features depend on your permissions and deployment configuration. We may modify features with reasonable notice where practicable.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
• Administrators may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with security, probe systems without authorisation, or distribute malware.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law permits.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains unlawful material.
• Circumvent rate limits, permission checks, or technical restrictions.

SMS and telecom traffic must comply with applicable telecommunications, privacy, and marketing rules in each jurisdiction you serve.

We retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service according to your subscription or agreement. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service.

Where paid features apply, fees and invoicing terms are set out in your commercial agreement or order form. Taxes may apply as required by law. Late payment may result in suspension after notice where permitted.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and factors outside our control may cause downtime. Support channels and response times depend on your service level, if any.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, except where such limitation is prohibited.

EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including rights under EU consumer protection directives.

Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or legal requirement, with notice where reasonable. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; export and retention of data are handled per our Privacy Policy and your agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

EU consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections of the laws of their country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where EU law grants that right.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance for business users; consumers receive rights afforded by applicable law.
